Frequent questions about Yummygums

Yummygums contain no artificial colors or flavors. So what are they made of?

The colours and flavors we use for our vitamins come from vegetable sources. The colorings are extracted from sources such as carrot and black currant. The flavorings come from the fruit.

Are Yummygums vegan?

All our Yummygums are vegan. They do not contain gelatin, but pectin and/or starch for structuring and binding. The starch comes from corn and the pectin is extracted from the skin of the fruit.

Yummygums contain sugar?

The taste of vitamins and supplements is bitter and unpleasant and sugar can make up for it. However, we have sought a ratio where the sugar content is as low as possible. That is why our sugar gummies contain a small amount of stevia.

Wherever possible, we have made our gummies sugar-free or are developing a sugar-free version. At the moment only Omega-3 has > o,o4 g of sugar. All the other vitamins are sugar-free.

For us, making our products tasty is always our top priority, as this allows you to enjoy your routine more and easily develop and maintain a habit.

What sweetener do gummies contain?

Sugar-free Yummygums contain stevia and maltitol. Stevia is a natural sweetener extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant. Maltitol is a sugar substitute that contains 75 to 90% of the sweetness. It is extracted from maltose (malt sugar), which comes from wheat or corn.

This sweetener has almost the same properties as sugar, only it is much healthier! Maltitol is very low in calories, is better for your teeth and has less effect on blood sugar.

What standards do the Yummygums comply with?

Our vitamins are developed and manufactured in cooperation with pharmaceutical companies. The supervision of certification bodies guarantees quality and safety during all stages of production. Yummygums vitamins comply with all European food and supplement regulations. They are produced and packaged in Germany.

How should I store my Yummygums?

Store your vitamins in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Keep them out of reach of children. Do not store Yummygums in the refrigerator.

Can you recycle Yummygums packaging?

Of course you can! If you remove the labels, the packaging of our Yummygums can be recycled. The transparent containers are made of rPET. Each rPET container is made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It sounds complicated, but the bottom line is that it is made from previously used PET plastic, making our new packaging 100% recycled and recyclable!

How can I place an order?

To place an order on VITAVIF, you must take into consideration the following:

 

  • You can place the order as a guest: without logging in.
  • If you want to register and enjoy all its advantages, you can do so by accessing the registration link.
  • Select the products you want, access the shopping cart and process the order.
What options do I have to pay for an order?

We accept the following payment methods:

 

  • Payment by credit or debit card (Mastercard).
  • Payment through Apple Pay.
  • Payment through PayPal.
  • Payment through Visa card.
  • Payment through iDeal.
How can I change the payment method?

The payment method cannot be changed once the order is in progress. If you wish, you can cancel the order you have placed (while the order is being prepared) and repeat or place a new order.

How do I know that my order has been placed correctly?

Whenever you place a valid order at VITAVIF, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the purchase to the email address you have provided, with your order number and the glossary of the products and prices.

 

It may be necessary to check your SPAM folder.

How can I obtain or modify an invoice?

You can request an invoice, or any modification by filling out the contact form or sending an email to: info@vitavif.com.

 

Indicate your invoice number and your tax information.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive the order?

Delivery time for Spain, Portugal and The Netherlands: 24 - 48h
Rest of Europe: 3 - 5 working days

 

VITAVIF cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment if:

  • You have not indicated your correct (or incomplete) address.
  • You have not indicated a contact telephone number.
  • In case of carrier strikes.
  • In case of adverse weather conditions.
  • In case of delays on designated dates such as Black Friday, Christmas etc.
How can I change the delivery address?

You can change the delivery address in 'My Account' or indicate another delivery address before payment of the order.

 

Once placed an order, you can only change the address if the order has not been shipped. In this case, you can request a change of address by filling out the Contact Form.

Remember always to indicate your shipping number that appears in the order confirmation email.

What are the shipping rates?

On purchases over € 30 within Europe (EU): shipping is free.
For purchases under € 30 within Europe (EU): shipping will be € 3,90.

 

For shipments to the Balearic Islands:
For purchases over € 30, shipping is free.
For purchases under € 30, shipping will be € 7,90.

What do I do if I cannot receive the order?

In the shipping confirmation email you will find the 'tracking link' or 'Track & Trace number'. By clicking on this link you can find out which agency has been assigned to you. You should contact the courier company handling your order to request a redelivery or to pick up your order at a branch or pick-up point.

What to do if I receive a defective product?

Using the Contact Form, please attach a photo showing the state in which the product has arrived, where you can see the incident. We also need a photo of the courier label with your details.

To ensure that the claim is accepted, remember that you must always inform us of the incident within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We will reply informing you of the resolution of the incident within a maximum of 3 days.
